OBJECTIVE
We designed this space to celebrate modern luxury through bold architectural elements and design. We curated a palette of warm beiges, deep blacks, and vibrant greenery, complementing it with sleek, contemporary furnishings and sculptural details to create a home that is both visually impactful and sophisticated.
Approach:
Furniture and Decor Procurement: Every aspect of this home was thoughtfully curated to reflect the home's modern aesthetic, blending bold design with natural warmth. Sculptural furniture, rich textures, and striking silhouettes establish a strong presence, paired with rich colors that create balance and depth. We used refined fixtures to compliment the home's contemporary architecture with understated luxury.
Lighting Design: Lighting was carefully integrated to enhance the home's inviting atmosphere. A combination of unique recessed lighting, statement decorative fixtures, and layered ambient lighting creates depth while emphasizing the home's warm, moody palette. Paired with ample natural light this creates a beautiful contrast of natural and mood lighting. Brass and black lighting elements reinforce the cohesive design while highlighting the home's distinctive architectural features.
Installation and Styling: From the initial space planning to the final styling, every detail was intentionally selected to create a cohesive environment. Bold artwork, curated decor, and greenery bring character and warmth to each room, while the expansive kitchen and dining area, generous balcony, and thoughtfully designed living spaces come together to create a home that is as livable as it is striking.
