MODERN LUXURY
Blending clean architectural lines with warm, natural tones to create a home that feels expansive, refined, and effortlessly inviting.
OBJECTIVE
This design project was designed to embody understated luxury through clean, modern design. A refined palette of warm neutrals and organic earth tones was thoughtfully layered with sophisticated finishes to create an atmosphere that is bright, spacious, and effortlessly elegant.
Approach:
Furniture and Decor Procurement: This project was a true full-service design collaboration, beginning in the architectural planning phase and continuing through the final furnishings and accessories.
Lighting Design: We worked closely with the architect to refine the floor plans and ensure the layout supported both the functionality of the home and the overall design vision. From there, we developed the cabinetry design, lighting plan, and detailed finish selections throughout the home, including paint colors, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and other architectural details.
Our involvement continued through the furnishing phase, where we selected furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, textiles, and accessories to create a cohesive, layered home from the architecture all the way down to the finishing touches.
Installation and Styling: By being involved from the earliest planning stages through installation, we were able to create consistency throughout the entire home and ensure that every detail worked together intentionally.
